REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Snow Removal

The Hilton Creek Community Services District is requesting proposals for snow removal service for the 2025/2026 winter season in the Crowley Lake area.  Areas to be plowed are:

Juniper Loop Road

Lager Lane

Pinion Drive

Hilton Creek Community Services District sewer plant road and parking lot

Sierra Springs sewer pump station road

A description of the specific services to be provided is as follows:

 Contractor shall provide snow removal services for the period of November 18, 2025, through June 30, 2026.  Upon the accumulation of two (2) inches of snow or more from each storm or when conditions require the roads to be cindered, and prior to 7:00 a.m. each day when such accumulation or conditions occur, or as otherwise requested by the District.  Contractor shall provide snow removal and cinder services for Lager Lane, Pinion Drive, Juniper Loop Road, the Hilton Creek Community Services District sewer plant road and parking lot, and the Sierra Springs sewer pump station road in Crowley Lake, California during the contract period.  Snow removal shall continue until optimum accessibility at the above locations is achieved.  Snow shall be blown or hauled off the property with the prior approval of the District.

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supplies required or necessary to properly, competently, and completely perform the work or render the services.  Contractor shall determine the method, details and means of doing the work or rendering the services.

Contractor shall use snow removal equipment that will satisfactorily perform the required services and specify such equipment in the proposal.

The snow removal contractor will be required to carry specified insurance and comply with prevailing wage law requirements.

Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. November 15, 2025 (postmarks not accepted) to be included in the award process to take place at the Board of Directors Regular  Meeting for November 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., Crowley Lake Community, Crowley Lake, CA.  The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
